Development layouts for Epstein's secluded tropical island featured within the photographs.
Additionally featured in this recent photograph release appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had created plans to build upon the sprawling island by building residences, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is marked up in notations in red and features a notes section detailing various sections of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be several other property layouts and engineering blueprints, featuring layouts for dock shelters.
Additional documentation disclosed as part of the ongoing investigative process.
